Learn to manage your expectations. This is especially true with other people. Not everyone is going to treat you the way you treat them. Not everyone is going to do things the way you expect them to be done. That’s ok. We are all different and unique. This is what makes our species great – the diversity of it. Managing your expectations of others will prevent a lot of anger and emotional instability. This doesn’t mean you don’t have the right to be disappointed or that you shouldn’t help others develop.
