An important aspect to playing professional basketball, or any other sport as well, is having the right mindset. In order to get through the daily grind of 2 practices a day, along with being prepared to play in the games, you have to not only be physically in top shape, but you must have the mental focus as well. For me, meditation along with positive thinking really have helped me these last few years with making the season even that more enjoyable. In whatever facet of life you are in, please take time to prepare your mind with positive focus, because this will make things only that much better for you. Have a great Friday!
